AAMN Research Report
It is a matter of pleasure for AAMN (Alliance for Aid Monitor Nepal) to bring out this press release. AAMN aims to underscore critical realities at the ground by this initiative so as to inform public policy and develop a common understanding to better strategize interventions in aid politics and aid governance in Nepal.
We always appreciate the efforts of the donors, stakeholders and the right holders involved in these issues, and strongly acknowledge the support from the member organizations, professionals and civil societies.
Despite bulks of efforts and resources, communities are forced to face multiple crises till. This has raised concerns about accountability, transparency and responsibility in our efforts, knowledge, practices, behavior and attitudes and in the mean time it aims to glorify the issues that have been undertaken in the initiatives.
Such a situation demands an urgent action in terms of adopting partnership, cost sharing, collaboration, accountable governance and public policy practices, increased budget allocation and system to address this crucial intervention in Nepal.
At this juncture, AAMN takes the privilege on the announcement of its official website (aidmonitor.org.np) today. We hope the website would be beneficial and healthy to all of the Aid-interested people. We believe it brings interventions to all the interested developing agencies, government and individuals working with foreign aid. AAMN being in initial stage, have archived relevant reports, reviews of reports, news/views, concrete websites of different agencies and their links. We assure you, this in future will grow to shape in to a good information-hub on your help and support.
We request you to write us your feed-back.
